These terms describe the acceptable use of the MTD Falcon logistics management system for Marvel Trade and Distribution, Inc. By signing in, you agree to follow these terms when using the platform.
1. Authorized access
The platform is intended for authorized personnel and drivers carrying out company logistics activities. Use only your own approved account and access only the information and features permitted by your assigned role. Requesting an account or role does not automatically grant access.

Keep your password confidential, do not share your account, and sign out when using a shared device. Provide accurate account information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to your system administrator.
3. Responsible use
Use the platform for authorized work, including delivery coordination, fleet management, tracking, and reporting. You must not:
- Falsify delivery records, locations, fuel entries, or other operational information.
- Access another person's account or bypass access restrictions.
- Upload harmful files, disrupt the service, or alter records without authorization.
- Copy, export, or share company or customer information for unauthorized purposes.
4. Data accuracy and confidentiality
Check the information you submit and report errors to the responsible personnel. Treat customer details, delivery records, staff information, and company reports as confidential. Share them only with people authorized to receive them for their work.
5. Privacy
Read the Privacy Policy for information about personal data, location information, and operational records handled by the system. Follow the company's privacy procedures when accessing or handling this information.
6. Operational safety
Routes, schedules, and reports support operational decisions. Check actual conditions and confirm discrepancies with your dispatcher or supervisor. Follow road rules and company safety procedures, and do not operate the application while driving.
7. Service availability
Access may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity problems, or technical issues. Report problems to your system administrator and follow your team's approved backup procedures when the platform is unavailable.
8. Access changes
Administrators may restrict or remove access when a role changes, authorization ends, or misuse needs to be investigated. Contact your system administrator if you believe your access is incorrect.
9. Updates and questions
These terms may be updated as the platform or company procedures change. Review this page for the current terms. For questions about these terms or permitted use, contact your system administrator or company management.
